Dr. Gene Kemper graduated from Palmer College of chiropractic in 1983. He has been a practicing chiropractor in Chico since 1983. Achieved his board certification as a Chiropractic Orthopedists in 1990. Over 21 years experience treating thousands of North State residents for many conditions, primarily neck pain, low back pain, headaches and a variety of complaints effecting the extremities.

“I decided to become a chiropractor at age 15 after suffering from recurring ear aches. I didn’t
