Common conditions treated by Flexion Distraction Spinal Decompression
The Zenith Cox flexion distraction table:
The specially engineered chiropractic table has a movable thoracic section and movable section for the hips and pelvis. The lower pelvic section flexes, extends, moves sideways and circumducts (a combination of lateral flexion and flexion.) Flexion distraction is non-surgical and totally Doctor controlled with his hands stabilizing the spine carefully controlling the amount of motion within a pain free range of motion for patient comfort.
How long will it take?
After a thorough history and examination if indicated, the doctor will prescribe 6-12 flexion distraction sessions over a 3 or 4 week period of time. In general, the less complicated the disk problem, the faster the results, but typically those who seek early treatment have better results then those who procrastinate or have allowed the condition to become chronic.
